FRIENDS OF CHESTER BLUE COAT LOGO COMPETITION - Nov 2011

The newly-formed Friends of Chester Blue Coat CE Primary School has announced the winner of a competition among the pupils to design a logo for the group.

Year 2 pupil Bradley Buckley was presented with a certificate for his successful entry by Friends chairperson Katie Bedford and chairperson of the former St Thomas of Canterbury Junior School PTA, Catherine Dunne.

Katie Bedford, chair of Friends of Chester Blue Coat CE Primary School, and former chair of St Thomas of Canterbury Junior School PTA Catherine Dunne presented the logo competition winner Bradley Buckley with his certificate on 1st November 2011.

COFFEE AFTERNOON & CAKE SALE - Nov 2011

A BIG thank you to all those who contributed to the coffee afternoon and cake sale on Friday 1st November.

We are delighted to announce that a staggering £95 profit was made from the event. 

FUNDRAISING BOOST - Nov 2011

The newly-formed Friends of Chester Blue Coat group donate a cheque for £3,000 to the school to help subsidise residential visits.

Pupils Amy Swanson, Alexandra Price, Yaseen Sati and John Lipscombe accept a cheque for £3,000 towards school residential visits from Friends of Chester Blue Coat representatives Lesley Webb and Catherine Dunne.
